FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. Can I see a sample of the garment for size or colour?

A. We will be happy to supply samples for sizing or colour match purposes. We charge a deposit for each sample which is refundable upon return excluding any postage / carriage costs.

Q. What sizes do you do?
A. All of the sizes of our garments are shown on the individual product pages. With ready to wear clothing the sizes shown are what’s available. It is possible to make larger sizes in our bespoke range up to approximately 72” but please contact us for further details.

We appreciate that it may be difficult to order garments when you cannot necessarily try them on so if you look at our sizing chart and if you still have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us for guidance.

Q. When do I pay for my order and how do you accept payment?
A. We ask for a 50% deposit on all orders which can be paid by credit or debit card, cheque or bank transfer. Orders will not commence until the deposit is received. We will also require the balance paid before we deliver the order.

Q. What colours are available and can you match the colours of my logo if I provide the printed pantone colour reference?

A. Pantone colours can be matched to the nearest embroidery thread. Exact Pantone matches would require a dye-batch of the material which would mean minimum order quantities would need to be met depending on the type of garment chosen Please contact us for more details.

Q. Why will the 3D Designer not load?
A. The designer is created used Macromedia Flash, which is a free plug-in available by clicking on the link below LINK. Once installed the designer should load correctly. If you are still experiencing difficulties then please contact us with your design thoughts and we can design a number of garments based on your ideas and then email them to you as a JPG file.

Q. How long is delivery?
A. Delivery on bespoke clothing is between 4-6 weeks from receipt of order. However if you need something quicker it is possible to make some garments faster than this. Please contact us for further details. Delivery on Ready to Wear garments can be made within 2-3 days depending on the stock situation and whether you require any embroidery or other decoration.

Q. Can I add embroidery?
A. Yes you can have embroidery added to all of our garments. You will need to provide us with either an embroidery format disk, which is usually a DST or EMB file, and preferably the run-sheet that goes with this file so we know what colours are used. Alternatively you can send a high resolution electronic file such as a JPG or EPS, but please note that this may incur a digitisation charge. Please contact us for further details.

Q. Can I add a heat seal?
A. Yes usually we heat seal numbers and names on to the back of shirts. This is done by using a Vinyl cut out and the “ironing” on to the garment. This is a cost effective way of personalising the garments. Please note that heat seals cannot be done on fleece material.

Q. Can I add a print to my garments?
A. Printing on to your garments is possible and can produce very effective results with intricate logos. This is possible with any type of garment but may not be cost effective on low order quantities as you need to setup a different plate for every colour.
